I’ve been here on a few times and my concerns are always dismissed. I’ve been told that it’s all in my head and anxiety and when I told them about having celiac I was rudely asked if I was actually buying gluten free items and told that when I was tested in 2016 I was negative for celiac. Well obviously I was negative, I’ve been gluten free since 2009. I don’t know what’s up with them, but I will be going else where.

I've been going here and seeing Dr. Snow for years and have only great things to say about them. He's really good at what he does and his staff is awesome. Valeria Richards is who I see mostly and I plan on it staying like that!

My daughter has called the office for the last week no one in that office will return her call left numerous messages she's had to go to er doctor they want her to see gastro and she cant reach them and their her doctors.

I was seen at this practice by Dr. Sears for a severe colitis flareup which would not resolve. I found him to be very responsive and persistent in looking for a cause and especially for a treatment that worked. He stuck with it for close to a year, and when none of the usual treatments worked longterm, he used out of the box thinking to find a solution. The office staff is always pleasant and helpful, and I have never had a long wait once I arrive at the office. I admit It's sometimes hard to get an appointment, but when I was acute they got me in quickly.

ATTENTION!! Make sure you check to see if your insurance participates with Winchester Anesthesiologists unless you want to be stuck paying the full bill yourself. I was never advised that was who they were using when I got my colonoscopy and would have assumed that they would have let me know that they don't participate with Cigna since they knew that is what I have. They probably don't tell you because they don't want you to back out of the procedure and this anesthesiologist is the only one who works in Winchester so you have no choice. If that is not the case Winchester Gastro should tell you who your options are. Way to look out for your patients!!!
