Compton Down

I arranged for Everycare to look after my (98 year old) mother on several occasions over the past 5 years. She has been looked after for a few weeks recently since she became incapable of coping by herself. Her carers, who came to her flat in Twyford, have always been reliable, have turned up punctually and have been kind, considerate and (most importantly) friendly. I will be recommending their services to anybody who asks.

Speaking as a former employee. A wonderful company and the only care company who fulfill Thier ethos. As an employee, I have never had a bad experience with them. They are kind and caring. I am elderly, now have to live alone, and am very frail in body though of sound mind. Carers from Everycare (Central Hants) Ltd visit me every morning to wash and dress me, manage my various medical problems, assist me get downstairs and deal with household tasks, and again every evening to help me get into bed and settle for the night. Their services are always very kindly, patient and reliable, and alongside those of the NHS and help given by friends, allow me to enjoy a good life.

In response to Kara White, she let Vulnerable Adults down badly by not informing us that she was unable to do her work. Her refusal to talk to her manager made it impossible to deal with her. She only worked for us for 8 weeks and never completed her probation.
