Ordered at ,7am delivered at 8:15am I have ordered oil from them for years sure they get busy but sometimes you have to think ahead don't blame them if they get swamped it's not pizza delivery

This company can't even be bothered to be competent enough to deliver oil to the correct address. They deposited oil in our completely dry, unused tanks with 300 lbs of oil we DID NOT ORDER-- flooded our home with oil/oil fumes-- and had the nerve to tell me the fumes were not harmful, that coming to fix it was not a priority, acting like it was an inconvenience they had to correct their mess up, and doing this all while insulting and yelling at me. They showed their true colors after messing up with my home. I would not recommend giving these disrespectful, horrible people your hard earned money.
I ran out of oil Easter Sunday. I called Monday got the lady that answers the phone. Told her the problem. She said, it’ll be a day or two. Ok I can live with that. 1 week later on Monday I called again...excuse #2...It’ll be there in the middle of the week. There’s two elderly people living here and it’s COLD. I keep getting excuses but no oil. It will be 3 weeks Monday and no oil. Shame on you people
Don't understand how a company that is 1 mile away from me which takes approximately 4 minutes to get to can't service my home until 2 or 3 days later if I'm lucky?!? Its crazy I honestly didnt wanna give 1 star but zero wasn't an option smh talk about disappointing ...
Shaking my head (SMH) at how disappointing this company is ! They are not very reliable, so don't wait around expecting oil to be delivered when they tell you it would be. Their company management is horrible and their customer service is even worse. Use at your own risk !!!
