It's OK but a little expensive
Lovely station BUT there is no ramp or lift, so it's impossible with a pram if you travel alone :( Luckily people are lovely and gave us a hand on the numerous stairs which lead up from the station to town.
Good little train station that makes it very handy to get into central Manchester. Tickets can be bought on either the train or at the ticket booth at the top of the station. Staff are friendly and help you get the cheapest journey.
