Everyone at the dealership is very personable. Most of my encounters are getting the occasional car wash or routine maintenance and every time I come I get a welcoming hello from Eric (Service) or one the sales persons or even management. They are a great group of people who believe in customer service. I love coming here because when I come in for service, I don’t feel like they are trying to pad services. They tell you the maintenance that may be needed in the future along with explaining what was done at that visit. This way when you bring your car in; the next visit you already have some idea of what may be needed given their explanation of preventive maintenance. Great Place.

Classic Lexus is a great place. The building itself is beautiful, and the people who work there are friendly and welcoming. The sales staff are all knowledgeable, courteous, professional, and accommodating. The service department is THE BEST. Ernie, Mark, and Eric go above and beyond to keep your vehicle running at peak performance. Although they are always busy, any one of the three is ready to help if you have a problem. I have paid a few impromptu visits for trivial matters, such as having the tires filled with air when the alert appeared, replacing a battery on the key fob, or just finding out how to lock/unlock the glove compartment. They were always happy to help a hapless drop-in. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership and highly recommend it!
