What a great place you can shopping everything in the one place. I like so much. I am recommended by everyone.
It is a shame. I shop in this store weekly for my business and everything is fine when I go there. BUT, if you are an English speaker and try to call the store do not expect anyone to talk with you in English. I called a minute ago and got for only answer when asking if there is anyone speaking English “here Germany - speak Deutsch” Thank you for your support METRO
Great place to buy stuff in bulk. Prices tend to be on higher side but lots of variety. Good parking facility.
So i went to go today to metro with my mom today and i had a backpack on as they have made me put it in a storage locker and locked it up which i dont mind at all for safety but its pretty confusing when you have to do that when you see ladys carrying around a purse large enough to stuff it full with contents... well quick story short it was an hour b4 closing time and my backpack was still locked up as me and my mom were to go check out i wanted to run to grab my back pack well i ran threw the store to try an get it and this arrogant lady couldnt open the doors for me to get it and instead tells me to go around and go outside and try to get it.... well i then ran back to the check out area make my way outside and ran to the front entrance and sure enough the door was locked i have also seen the lady who just told me to go around with her back facing the entrance as if she knew.... anyhow she did not want to open the door for me to retrive my back pack and she was real rude.. sure enough a man came to open the door for me to get it!!! But b4 we entered metro we couldnt because her membership from 2016 ran up but she was still able to get a day card just for that one day... but at the same time she went threw paper work there was a couple who also came in and the gentleman tried using his phone to enter threw and the lady just says with a madly tone you cant get in like that.... and it lead on to a arguement b4 the man even received his one day trial card... but it was 2 rude ladys that shouldnt be working behind that counter for sure...... so im highly dissapointed of customer service and their lack in their job ... everything else was great...
