On November 6th, 2020 I ordered 200 euro worth of gold. To this day (21.01.2021) absolutely nothing has arrived. The gold was shipped with Austrian post. The status of the parcel is stuck on 16.11. I am not receiving any updates from the \verkauf\ team. Last time I checked with them they said they have started \an inquiry\ but \cannot say how long it will take\. Mind you, this is a parcel from Austria to Belgium. Absolutely ridiculous service. I am not ordering peanuts! Why don't you use a better carrier? I demand my money back or to promptly receive my order, undamaged. It was supposed to be a Christmas gift for 2020, not 2021. I will think very long and hard before I order anything else from you again. Update: I have received a refund and updated this review from 1 to 3 stars.
