Awful experience! Even if I had a confirmed appointment for a repair on my email, when I got there, the guy from reception simply told me that they have no available mechanics on that day. This is more frustrating as I had to come from 600 km distance (Romania) to get there. My front bearing on the right wheel had broken a few days before, on my way back from Salzburg. As it was during the weekend no chance to find any mechanic so I left the car in their parking and went home by train. From home, I scheduled a repair with them on the email and I took the train back to Viena only to find out that they didn’t had any available mechanic on the scheduled day and couldn’t take care of my car. I was very upset. I took the car from them and went to another shop repair. In two hours I was back on the highway. Very poor service and no respect for their customers!

Hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. Wenn einmal etwas schief geht, wird mit vollem Einsatz daran gearbeitet, daß wieder alles zur Kundenzufriedenheit erledigt wird. PS. Hab schon den dritten Wagen dort gekauft
