I have just been to see Doctor Patel, moving from Birmingham where I had an amazing doctor to nwldc. I made a double appointment to which I was told on the day I couldn’t have as they weren’t taking me on due to being out of the area , but I could see the doctor as a temporary patient ( firstly the receptionist should of told me that I wasn’t under this practice even after a visit last week to register and also a phone call to make the double appointment). Well all I can say is I am so very pleased he WILL NOT be my doctor, I am a 50 year old woman and he spoke to me absolutely disgusting making me feel inferior and that I was wasting his time,NEVER Has anyone spoken to me the way he did, I left the surgery in floods of tears what an absolute disgrace of a man.Anyone wishing to go to this surgery I would avoid DOCTOR PATEL or even find another surgery DISGRACEFUL

Constantly denied access to health care as you can never get an appointment at Whitwick health centre. You might as well go to Loughborough walk in centre straight away. Plys when you tell them you couldn't in at Whitwick and as they still charge the surgery@
