Visited this morning for pre-arranged covid vaccinations. The drive thru site was really well organised and staff very efficient and polite. Excellent. Thank you.

Of all the different Doctors I've been to, this place is brilliant. Able to get an appointment on the day or straight in for a walk in. Fast, professional and able to sort out our medical needs. And with the added Minor Injury Department, it makes the place even more perfect, fast at getting my boys in whenever they have needed to get checked up.

We came here during COVID times and the place felt very well organised, with proper procedures in place and helpful staff. We waited only half an hour to be seen (Which was great considering we were a drop-in, not from the area and needing semi-emergency one-off help) and after that we received our prescription swiftly and with clear instructions. Given everything that is happening at the moment and the recent changes to safety procedures, our experience here was smooth and seamless. A big thank you to the frontline staff here for helping us out

I don't know what incompetent staff they employ here who seem to think their temperature gun is working when it reads 35⁰ (that's mild hypothermia!!!) despite the fact she had a temperature of 39⁰. No wonder Kent has a huge Corona problem when we can't even get staff to read a temperature correctly. Come on, wake up you lot. Maybe try and check your batteries or your staffs competency levels. You made her feel like an idiot when your own procedures need questioning...

Had an awful experience with 2 different Doctors here sadly. I never see the Doctor unless I'm incredibly unwell as I have health anxiety due to a long term illness so when I caught covid 19 on top of this I had to call in after my bp and hr were all over the place and I became housebound. They were very rude and not understanding of the impact of my chronic long term illness, one even told me I was \too young\ to be that ill despite me having a diagnosis 3 years ago. It seems to me that if you have a medical history of anxiety or any MH issues they try to pin it on that and dismiss you. One Doctor ordered bloods that another cancelled and when I questioned this and rebooked she slammed the phone down on me at the end. I ordered a copy of my notes which had been recorded as me being \well\ despite the Doctor never seeing me and me being in bed for the call. After 2 different complaints going nowhere as someone else stated, the experience has meant me and my partner have left the practice. Really difficult experience and one I hope they learn from.
