I purchased a watch with the finance option, everything appeared to be going smoothly, l received order confirmation and finance processed, both confirmed on email. 2 days later there had been no further contact, I rang cw Sellors for an update, I was put on hold then received a muttered update along the lines of \eerrr we apologise the item isn't in stock its limited edition\ I subsequently emailed cw Sellors after digesting this to request a refund, I received no reply so rang again... Was given an apology and was promised they would contact finance company to cancel and I would receive an email confirming this... No email received. On the 10th day after my order I have contacted finance company who state cw sellors haven't contacted them to cancel, as things are now I am left with open finance and unable to move on with purchase of watch with a different provider.

I was a bit cautious about buying from this company, as the last time I checked out these reviews there were a lot more reviews. Including 4 or 5 one star reviews complaining about not receiving their goods, or their watch being lost. (Probably about one in 15 or so reviews was negative.) I actually came here to counteract those reviews, and say I had a good experience. I'm disappointed the negative reviews have been removed; balance gives credibility. That's why I won't have anything to do with Trustpilot - it is whitewashing at its worst, and I actually take a mental note when a company actively promotes themselves on there that there are probably hidden issues. Anyway, that said, I ordered my watch and it arrived the next day. It was as good as another watch of the same model I'd bought elsewhere recently. And, with the 10% off this company was offering, they also offered the best price. This company didn't spam me with requests to review their product, or like them on Twitface, or any of that annoying rubbish. Which was nice to see. Overall, it was a very pleasant buying experience. Most of the negative reviews that have been removed were about negative experiences when things went wrong. Also, IIRC several of them were about gifts ordered near Christmastime, with no delivery in time to make the day. I've no reason to doubt those negative experiences. But, by contrast, my own experience was flawless.
