During Covid, one doesn’t know what to expect, but Cheryl’s pleasant voice was very welcoming and comforting. Very caring and sincere. Gave me options instead of insisting; knew exactly what my car needed and where we left off. Very fair pricing and just! Conducted customer service efficiently, timely and left us with so much respect for this business. I was greeted by amazing front desk personal, and they offered to get my vehicle inspected! We had to order the specific Lexus we wanted and Deborah diligently followed up with us about status of delivery from boat to dealership.. We will definitely come back again for our next Lexus.
