Never again will I use Aston Barclay. Purchased a BMW 6 series from the Westbury branch. The ad had no mention of any faults or issues with the car. Upon collection the car is missfiring and undrivable. The manager stated they were \unaware\ of any faults and as was of the opinion that as I had bought it the car the problem was mine to sort out. No refund available, in the end I had to get the train back and pay extra to have the car transported. Very unhelpful and misleading.

We bought a 3 year old Mercedes Benz with low mileage from the Mercedes Benz group sale online, The vehicle was Totally misdescribed and the stereo system was not working either. Spoke to the manager Ian who was very unhelpful and now we have a costly project on our hands.
First Class Service from Ian (Refurbishment Manager). We purchased a Mercedes Benz E Class which had a miss print on the entry form. To be honest it was a mistake anybody could have made but this caused us a major problem to the customer we were selling the car on to. We notified Ian of the issue and within a day we had a resolution all parties were happy with. We then could not find the Service History and after contacting Ian again within 10 minutes we had a full Mercedes Benz service record emailed to us.
