Sent a friend there last Monday. The price was low and the service was Great. She drop her car off in the morning and after work she picked it up.
Unbelievable! Didn't even get to have an experience for more than 30 seconds on the phone. Front desk asked for year, make, and model and I could not provide that info. The Power Steering Pump I need rebuilt is not in a vehicle, it is in a swamp buggy. I had the manufacturers name and part number and the woman sounded extremely confused and hung up on me. That is not customer service! When I called back to try and discuss further there was no answer after a few rings.
