The people at Lexus of Palm Beach service center are incredible! Especially Brian the assistant manager and Kenny the service manager! They've always taken care of me and I am a first-time Lexus owner and it will not be the last for sure!

i took my 2018 Lexus into this Lexus of Palm Beach for its 20K service including oil change and tire rotation. I met with assistant Service Manager Bill Power. He was very friendly and most professional. I had a issue involving charges on my last service visit. I was suppose to receive a complimentary no charge service but was charged for it. He listen to my issue, quickly consulted the computer history on my car, and then approached management for authorization for a refund on the amount charges. I was granted a refund. I was very happy in the way that Bill Power handled everything. I enjoyed being served by this dealership and will continue to use their services. But I do miss the bagels. Thank you Bill Power all your help and consideration. Keep up your quality service.

Very professional and courteous. I arrived early, and I was promptly greeted by someone. I was offered to wait in the waiting room (well spaced out) and a few minutes before my scheduled appointment I was taken in to see my Customer Care Manager. Car was promptly taken and waited about 1 hour for diagnosis and paid the fee. Reasonable fee and reasonable wait time. I declined repair because of the ridiculous price (part was quoted at 4x what I found it for online, and labor about 2x) If the price had been close to what I could do it for outside the dealership I would have just authorized the work. Good dealership, just needs to be a bit more competitive on pricing.
