Loyal customer for several years, making timely payments. I was told a week in advance and the day of delivery that they would deliver fuel oil and they didn't. I was told, we don't make enough money to deliver to you anymore. Not nice. Can't trust them now.

Been a customer for 2.5 years now. When we first got our tanks they had no gauges, so we had no idea how much propane we were getting or how much we had. Talked to Sandy numerous times and she kept telling me she was trying to find the \correct size for our tanks\ (right) another year gone by and still nothing.. Last week we scheduled a delivery and it never showed up so had to schedule another one and that won't happen for another 4 days. It's 16 degrees out and I have no idea how much propane we have, guess I'll just have to hope we don't run out.
