The gym itself is good. I have no complaints about anyone there or instructors. My wife really liked going there but she had an old neck injury that kept flaring up. So we had to cancel. She was doing the jujitsu course so it was in avoidable. We really like the gym and I wish I could have signed my daughter back up when she’s doing better. Darin the owner was very accommodating to our issues and helped us out. Thank you

Many martial arts styles. Talented instructors. Large, well kept facility. Always open (even in bad winter weather). My son and I have switched from a month-to-month contract to a long term contract based on the good experience we have had so far

I was really fortunate to find Plus One Defense System.I’ve been to several different Jiu Jitsu gyms and overall this has been the most welcoming gym down from me signing up online to coming to a class to me getting on the mats. As a woman, I felt safe, included, and elevated-they also have weekend Women’s Only classes that help a lot considering how differently women move vs. men. It shows how they value building a community in all aspects. Professor Darin and Professor Marlene approach teaching Jiu Jitsu in an extremely knowledgeable and uniquely kind manner that hooked me into joining Plus One the first day. At the end of the day, it’s a great environment to learn in with such a wide selection of classes to choose from you can’t go wrong!

this is single-handedly the best martial arts environment that I have ever had the pleasure of being a part of. Very clean facilities with excellent staff. I don't know why you're still reading this and you haven't signed up yet but do yourself a favor and do that.
