I absolutely LOVED this place! I had been feeling down on myself lately, unmotivated, and anxious during these uncertain times in the world. The Staff made sure to make me feel like all will be okay, they gave me a GREAT workout that helped ease my mind. This helped me get motivated in all aspects of life. This is more than just a workout, I will definitely be back.

AMAZING PLACE!! Since they have reopened, the new owners have been BEYOND caring and cautious of the health and safety of the members. The energy and positivity in the studio is like no other. Call to book your bike!! Then you can see it for yourself! Don’t forget your mask!
SAVE YOURSELF THE TIME. No consideration for past members. I had been billed for my last month as I had to cancel due during the start of the pandemic and was communicated countless times that I would have 30 days left to use (which I was billed for). Fast forward till now, with 0 communication and countless calls reaching out- I am now unable to use any of the rides I had paid. They are conveniently under new ownership, and not to mention has a new manager with poor customer service or care for retention of members.
Under new ownership and I have to say the customer service is terrible, from previous reviews I’m clearly not the only One who feels this way. Unprofessional now and impossible to get into classes to use the credits I’ve previously paid for before, they said they don’t expire and now they are off my account and want me to update my payment in order to use the classes paid for in March.. good way to lose previous members..
Poor management. Extremely rude and inconsiderate.
