Was taken into custody here, 1st time ever been arrested hence didn't know what to expect, during my time inside was treated with respect, regular wellbeing checks & food/drink provided. Was well informed of my legal rights & informed of my rights of a phone call & access to a solicitor. I know is a bit strange to review this due to being under arrest, but credit where credits due.

Went in to report a crime after finding out my son had been mugged and there was cctv evidence clearly showing the culprit. The receptionist was rude, and my son was told to come back in 3 days for an appointment to report the crime. Great!
