I went in to get a quote for a repair on a rair item. I prepared myself with the possibility that the repair might not be able to be done (because of its age), or if it could be done, it would take at least a week. As soon as I came in I was greeted and helped, they examined my item and said it would be just a few minutes! They were able to do it right away and it only took minutes. I was at the shop for a total of 15 minutes! Great customer service! Great job! Thank you!

The folks at Becker's Jewelers are definitely awesome. However Bill definitely went above and beyond the call of customer service duty. He made sure that I was able to get my beautiful ring in a convenient and timely matter. All stress free and put my heart at ease. You just don't meet folks like that anymore. I stopped in to see if they could remove a charm off of a bracelet and put on to a necklace for my sister. It would have to be cut off and soldered onto the necklace. I was from out of town and stopped late in the day. I was told it would be ready in a day or two. Went to supper and before my food came I received a text saying it was done. I was so thrilled and grateful to receive it before leaving town! Now that is what you call customer service! I was able to drop it off at the nursing home to my sister who was so happy to have her necklace with her special charm! Thank you so very much Alyssa (#212) and staff of Becker’s Jewelers!! Their wonderful selection of items displayed as well as options available through their, on hand, experienced jewelers was fantastic. Operations Manager Lori Bell is one of the best representatives to engage with concerning your jewelry needs. Her vast knowledge pertaining to either what you’re specifically looking for or what other offers she can create through their big collection, as well as her knowledge concerning the “3 C’s” of a diamond, gives you full peace of mind knowing in the end you chose the perfect item from the best jeweler from the best selection.
