Genie was very polite and helpful on the phone. Refreshing getting such quick and nice service.
I was selling my house and had an appointment for Thompson to come out and inspect the propane tank and the associated gas fireplace. The appointment was on a Friday. I was notified on a Tuesday that the prospective buyers scheduled the home inspection on Wednesday of that week. I called and asked if they could squeeze me in before the inspection. They got someone out on Wednesday morning. Chris was highly competent, efficient and personable. I much appreciated the consideration of the office staff and the technical end.
Thompson Gas has done a great job for me so far in Knightdale, NC. The ladies (Bettie and Katie) who talked me through setting up my account and answered my questions about setting up service at my new home were very personable and informative. The scheduler called right away to set up a site visit to see what was needed. The site visit and ultimate work done by Charles Brickhouse was also superb. He made sure that everything was functioning and made sure I knew how to read my tank gauge and locate the shut off valves after running my lines for my fireplace and gas range. Also, the amount due actually ended up being less than the initial quote given. I highly recommend Thompson Gas for all your propane needs.
Thompson Gas did a great job for me. Cost was much less and was within my budget. Mr. Carlyle made sure the tank was in place and gas delivered. Faith was most helpful getting my account setup. When I sold my home everything was explained to me in a courteous and friendly manner. I was quite satisfied with the entire experience.
