Awesome people and amazing chickens! Have bought many different breeds at different times this year. Karen has always been nothing but informative and compassionate about her chickens. She has been a great resource with chicken questions as well.
Just bought chicks from them and the very next morning the ones eyes were matted shut. We got her antibiotics, electrolyte water and quarantined it. We ended up dropper feeding it water and food. After 5 days of antibiotics the poor girl started to be extremely lethargic and had was laying on her side having a seizure. Now the other chick we got from them is also sick. Something isn't right. Hopefully the rest of our flock doesn't get sick from these chicks we had brought in. They were all quarantined away from them so we can only hope! Also, be forewarned, they're selling some sort of wellness plan and will try to sell you their pitch in that while there. They've also called us multiple times since then trying to get us to sign up for a 45min presentation for it.
Such a great place to spend a little time...
