First time I have a negative experience in a BMW Dealership. After charging me 153 for spending a few minutes with the car just to tell me the timing chain failed, they have handed the car back to me with all the dirty and oily engine covers on top of my clothes, laptop and white leather seats!! I can not believe this level of service is approved by BMW. When i picked the parts up to move them to the boot, screws started falling off as they have simply been placed on the top of the plastics.
