Sven went over and above for us when we had a moisture problem in our home that nobody else could fix. He quickly analysed the cause and explained up front every step he planned on taking and the estimated costs involved before he started. His knowledge of building structures, materials and the reasons for the dampness made us feel very reassured. He did everything he said he would with no surprises, in fact came in under budget. He explained each stage and let us in on decisions as he went. 5 stars for transparency and reliability. Since then we have contracted additional work from him which involved 3D design and making bespoke wooden storage, replacing windows, a bathroom upgrade and installing a new wood burner which required council compliance, all of which Sven managed for us. He also repaired small things around the house such as latches and a door handle free of charge while he was there. Whatever you need to do on your property I wouldn’t hesitate to involve Sven, his expertise and confidence is impressive and far reaching.
