Used web oil many times with no problem, this time I placed an order on monday for wednesday delivery, paid and received a confirmation. Wednesday came and no oil was delivered, I called up and told that no order had been placed so I explained that I had a confirmation of the order and they said it hasn't come through on there system. The lady I spoke to on wednesday was very helpful but was suppose to be calling me back to see if they could get an oil delivery for Friday, but I never got a call back, I phoned today and spoke to a supposed manager who was rude and cocky on the phone. Very Disappointed.
Oil was the right price ! They beat other company's quotes!
