The Wayzata dealership was beautiful. The burning fire pit out front is welcoming and an unexpected treasure. We were greeted immediately. Our salesman Russell was awesome and saw us through the whole process of buying a car. Russell was very friendly and accommodating to our needs. We drove all the way from Kansas City to buy a car from him because he had a great attitude on the phone. We will definitely ask for Russell again in the future of buying another car. Betsy was great with signing of papers and Chris the tech specialist, answered all or our questions about the Lexus. Thanks to All! I am very excited about owning and driving my first Lexus.

FABULOUS SERVICE from start to finish! Lisa was very knowledgeable, hospitable, and friendly! She and the finance person (great lady, long brown hair, apologetically forgot her name.) went the extra mile! Great deal, price point & suited my needs. Didn’t feel aggressive, very comforting! A very professional service department that truly takes care of their clients. They rolled out the red carpet and provided us with a loaner vehicle to go to lunch while our vehicle was being serviced. They made sure that the vehicle had all the required services completed as prescribed and assist with recommendations. The car was returned back to us after being washed. I only take my car to Lexus in Wayzata for services.
