Amanda was fantastic. I had a bad experience at this location in the past, but this time was a complete 180. She was very informative and her sales manager Josh did a lot of work to get us in the price range we wanted to be at. Would love to work with Amanda again. Highly recommend!

I have had a very bad service experience! Service customers beware! I had my 2020 Equinox repair done. I need to have a rental, so I waited an extra day so that I would get one. Upon dropping my vehicle off and getting my loaner vehicle...WOW this vehicle had NOT been cleaned in Months!!! Then when I return to pick up my car I was told by my service advisor that she had a like vehicle reserved for me and the Manager Jeff said that because I was a previous employee of a sister company thats what I get!!!!! The service department must not have heard about COVID 19 these days or they would have never never put this car out.Just out of spite!! I had to use my own clorox wipe to be able to use the steering wheel as you see the wipe is black with one little wipe!!!!!!Lyndsey was exceptional and a lot of help

While their prices are good you will make it up in interest rates. With perfect credit still got almost a 5% interest rate. Santiago is great yet the others are like foxes. Almost overpaid but lucky caught their “error”. Also got a fraction of what our trade in value was worth. Which they waited till the end during paper work to tell us the value. Will never recommend nor go back to this dealer. In summary they are not personable or willing to explain any just want you to sign sign sign. Keep in mind this is not our first new car buying experience. Also no need to reply with contacting your costumer service cause I will not be. No need to waste my breath.

Really great experience! Caiti was a great salesperson and worked hard to find the perfect car for me, and Jason was super helpful! Glad I only had to visit one dealership and got everything done in one day of shopping.
