Nick is my point person when we need new vehicles for personal and company use. We will go nowhere else. Friday I blew a tire on my 2019 Acadia. A took it to Tires Plus in Pewaukee;it was close and I was in immediate need. I was told it would be 1500. I would need to replace all 4 tires due to sidewall damage in something about rim. I called Nick who referred me to Alex in service. We had the car towed to Boucher Buick GMC. I was called a little later and told it was a simple repair and that another leak was also detected on a different tire. The total cost wad 20!!!! Honest hatred working people will forever make us loyal customers who have shared this story countless times. Great experience. Went in to purchase a new truck for our business. Nick handled everything as you would expect - and more. This is my first experience purchasing a new vehicle personally or through the business. All questions were answered, a few small concerns with the vehicle were handled immediately. Within three days we are equipped to continue to grow. Thank you Boucher team! The only concern is it was the Sierra Denali was NOT delivered with a big red bow as advertised on the TV commercials.

BEST GMC AROUND! The service guys are amazing and always on top of everything! Regie is the most kind helpful service guy, he will take great care of you! I forgot a bag of salt in a rental car and since they sent it back out he replaced it for me. Super awesome place with super kind and nice people. Highly recommend

Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and bent over backwards to work with me to get the whole process done and also worked around my schedule to get car delivered to my house.
