Great store. New to running and was recommended to get some running shoes, not trainers. Was served by the excellent Alan, who was not pushy and took time to listen to my needs and suggest different shoes at different price points and explained the difference between the options.
Charming and incredibly knowledgeable store with everything you would need as a runner. I had the pleasure of being dealt with Jason, who gave me great advice on my feet and what type of shoes I would need for my upcoming marathon. He didn't cut corners and was very thorough when analysing the gait tracking on my feet. I couldn't recommend this shop enough and will be buying all my gear from there now on! You just don't find these types of stores anymore and I am glad that this one still exists.
This shop absolutely rocks. Do not hesitate to go here. Great service by people who really know what they are talking about and moreover actually care about getting you the right equipment for your needs. Would travel miles out of my way to shop here if I ever moved. It is that good.
I was recommended to go here and it was the right choice. I ended up buying a pair of Brooks running shoes which are awesome. The owner of the shop who looked after me was great. Super friendly and helpful and never pushed the sale. Allowed me time to try different shoes (needed a few as I have one foot slightly bigger than the other) and run with them on the running machine. He checked my gait whilst in the shoes too. This was a free service if you buy the shoes from him. I’m really happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone buying runners to take a look here. Will go back again for my next pair.
