Giles and his team went far beyond expectations and I would suggest anyone looking for damp proofing work to use them, you will not be disappointed. This is the second flat we have used Giles on and his communication and commitment to doing the best job, always the right way and communication and management of the project is incredible. A new floor was needed which was not anticipated and he arranged for a contact to build this at very short notice so as not to impact the timelines to complete the job. There are a number of things he has gone above and beyond on but not enough space to list!

Giles and his crew were a delight to work with. There were always on time, always making sure we understood everything, and always willing to make sure we were happy with the work completed. What I liked most is that Waterproof Systems took care of all of the other contractors that were needed in a timely manner. Plastering, flooring, clearing up, and they even had decorators if we needed it. I'm very confident in the work that was completed and would happily work with them again.
I recently had my bathroom dampproofed and I have no hesitation in recommending Giles to anyone considering getting damp proofing work done. The work was completed to a high standard and his team are extremely nice, polite and considerate. They always cleaned up at the end of each day. A major plus factor was that Giles is very easy to deal with, helpful and responsive to my calls and made a big effort to ensure I was kept abreast of how the work was progressing and what would happen next. Also Giles always checked with me first before any extra work took place e.g. if an electrician needed to do some work and what their costs would be so there were no unexpected costs. All this helped to reduce what could have been a stressful time as I live in a one bedroom flat with only one bathroom.
