Fabulous teachers, facilities and pools. I'm so pleased that I took my son to Water Babies as a baby, he has grown to love swimming as he had such a fabulous introduction to the water. The lessons are fun, lots of singing and activities for the babies to enjoy while they learn. I would highly recommend this company.

Great warm pools, friendly teachers. The admin staff really helpful. I would highly recommend Water Babies North London, I have been swimming with them for years. All my kids have gone though the chapters
Swimming with Waterbabies North London has been the best activity with my baby since he was 8 weeks old. Their staff is great, safety always first but so much fun too! Very happy with their classes and would highly recommend!
The swimming instructors are very good, attentive, knowledgeable, they care for the babies and motivate you to embrace the challenge. Unfortunately the office attitude is different. They cancel classes and suggest that you move to another location. They promise to call back, but don't seem to be very well organised, so they often fail to do it. But the worst is the attitude when its time to sell, they put pressure on you. They behave a bit like \estate agents\, i mean you have to write what they have told you and who spoke to you, otherwise it can be a misunderstanding. Anyway you only have to negotiate before every block of 10 lessons, so overall this review is positive.
Lack of care for safety. Poor customer experience.
