Poor place to work as a welder. Very disorganized. Dont like to issue tools let alone equipment. I couldnt even get a roll of wire for my welder. All they said was go steal someone else. Worked there a month and a half and never received a 40 hour week. Then some of the workers are related so they just stand around and watch you work. Never seen such laziness and disorganization in my life.

A lot of room for advancement. I have been employed here since August 1 2017 as a project employee. Within 1 month I was promoted to EHS Manager. I haven’t had any experience in safety or health prior to taking this position. But since then I have gained a lot of knowledge in both fields, also obtained many certificates and training and am looking to continue my career right here in Washington. Numerous people have negative comments about this business because of the amount of employees that are either on home detention or work-release. The plant manager and myself believe in second chances. I feel it gives these guys a reason to wake up every morning and have something positive and productive to look forward to, while getting paid. We are currently at 114 employees and are looking to double that by the end of next year, here at Eagle, Safety is our #1 priority but at the same time producing quality work for our customers. We currently just finished or paint and blast booths that are now operating 6 days a week. All in all I believe it’s a great place to work, all you have to do is follow company policy and follow procedures and you will go far. So, if your looking to start a new career, feel free to stop by and fill out an application from the main office. And more than likely you will get a call back with interview info, followed by a drug screen and orientation with myself. DJ Edwards EHS Coordinator Eagle Railcar Services 1723 W. Walnut St

Great place to deliver. Got me unloaded late in the night and allowed me to park at their place. Fairly quick unloading. Good to go for next morning.
