Absolutely atrocious surgery, no care for their patients whatsoever. It's impossible to get through on the phone and I've now been without my medication for 5 months for one and about 6 weeks for the other. I even joined 'Echo' through Lloyd's farmacy, hoping this would enable me to get my medication in a timely manner but they even ignored them. I've been waiting nearly a year for someone to actually see me rather than constant telephone consultations, where they've miss diagnosed my ailment. Certainly would not reccomed them.

I have been with this practice since 1967 .got to say the Drs are fine & helpfull but reception staff very unhelpfull .This needs to improve ..does anyone check patient reviews & ratings for this practice ??
Can't book an appointment. GPs need to grow a pair and get to work like everyone else
Snappy and rude reception staff! They are always complaining that they can't hear you, yet they have music playing in the waiting area which forces you to have to shout about health issues you have in a room full of people, very unprofessional and undignified. The GP'S always get the prescriptions wrong and question medications that you have been on for years due to chronic pain. They are always cancelling or rearranging appointments at last minute. Time to find a new surgery. Avoid at all costs .
Worst Surgery I’ve attended. On two occasions I booked the first appointment of the day 9.10am. Both times I sat in reception and watched as the GP walked in with her shopping at closer to 9.30am. No apology or explanation. Started both these days running at least 20 mins late. My wife is in there now and the same GP is running 30mins late already. Can’t wait to leave this Surgery. There’s three others in the building pick one of the others to attend.
