Please avoid this clinic; We informed them months in advance of my snoring problems and when we visited the clinic, not only they charged me a consultation fee which is understandable but also every single examination that is not the end of it. the surgeon informed us that the surgery will cost in total 9400 zloty to get rid of my snoring problems. It was 7500 zl first but after whispering with one of the receptionists he decided to add 1900zl saying that he must carry out some other examination and it is necessary. We disagreed on that and he lowered the fee to 8400 zloty. In our emails to them , before we landed in Warsaw they made it clear to us that the surgery will be at the most 7000 zloty.The problem with that clinic is that no tariff is written in any of their brochures they fix the price according to the head of the client (coming from abroad), The surgeon on the picture is a disappointment, he might be good at his job but he showed us that he is money oriented, caring about how much he will make on the head of the client instead of caring about the patient's problem. At the end we declined any offer they made us, since I was even offered to undergo a treatment at a lower price. why would I choose to accept when I wanted to get rid of my problem?? would the small treatment suit my needs?? I understood that the clinic wanted a share of my money but they did not get anything. There are many other clinics in Warsaw dealing with snoring issues and they are more friendly and professional. by the way they lack good customer service, their receptionists especially the one who served us was very rude , unbelievably cold and unprofessional, she needs to take some courses in customer service I believe. This was a bad experience for me. AVOID this Clinic they just want your money .
W klinice miałem zabieg na zatoki, przegrodę i małżowiny nosowe. Wszystko poszło świetnie. Uznanie za profesjonalizm i zaangażowanie całego personelu od recepcjonistek po lekarza prowadzącego. Zaskoczyła mnie krótka i mało uciążliwa rekonwalescencja po zabiegu endoskopowym. Polecam każdemu kto ceni swój czas i komfort.
Moje zatoki uratowane! Podziękowania dla dr Gerwel i całego personelu. Dziękuję za opiekę i satysfakcjonujące rezultaty!
Klinika MML według mnie bije na głowę całą konkurencję. Walory estetyczne tego miejsca do tylko jedna z zalet. Centrum Medyczne MML dodatkowo oferuje pacjentom profesjonalizm, kulturę i kameralną atmosferę. Bardzo ważne jest, że komercyjność kliniki nie przysłania pacjenta i jego potrzeb. W tym miejscu one są najważniejsze. Jestem bardzo wdzięczny za cały proces leczenia. Operacja przyniosła swoje efekty. Dzięki klinice MML mogę teraz cieszyć się swobodnym oddechem. Ogromne podziękowania dla całego zespołu tworzącego Centrum Medyczne MML. POLECAM w 100%!
Polecam za profesjonalizm którego brakuje konkurencji. Nowoczesny i bezpieczny sprzęt do badań laryngologicznych. Nie jest tanio, ale warto.
Jestem bardzo zadowolony zarówno z diagnostyki u Pani doktor Dmowskiej-Koroblewskiej, jak i samego zabiegu i hospitalizacji. Opieka w dobie po zabiegu bardzo troskliwa. Rezultat: dopiero teraz czuję co to znaczy oddychać pełną piersią i nie chrapac w nocy. Żałuję, że wcześniej się na to nie zdecydowałem. Polecam zarówno Panią Doktor jak i klinikę !
