I went there yesterday to get some parts and bag for my Brompton and I couldn't have got better service. The gentleman was very patient with me with recommendations and giving me time to think over my purchase. This is the type of pleasant experience that keeps the in store experience way better than shopping online. Thanks again for helping me.
I did business with Mr. Dominik. Very pleasant Polish guy. I ordered on Paypal. I never expected to get product so quickly from Warsaw. Only took 2 weeks to get to me. What a pleasure to deal with this guy. I tried to get the product in Canada but the dealers in Canada were tough to deal with. I will not hesitate to do more business with Dominik again.

Świetny sklep! Gorąco polecam wszystkim fanom marki Brooks i nie tylko. Świetne zaopatrzenie, świetne ceny. Obsluga bardzo pomocna, przyjazna i obeznana z asortymentem. Dziękuję Panom Jakubowi i drugiemu, którego imienia nie poznałem.
Nie polecam. 1 marca zamówiłem rękawiczki ASSOS SUMMERGLOVES_S7. Następnego dnia otrzymałem maila, że rękawiczek nie ma na stanie i zostałem poproszony o przesłanie konta bnkowego, na który mają zwrócić pieniądze. Piszę opinie 16 marca, wysłałem juz trzy maile przypominające. Nie ma ani rękawiczek ani pieniędzy. Jutro zgłaszam temat na Policję.
Nie polecam! Na stronie internetowej widnieje informacja o możliwości zakupu Gift Card ale na miejscu w sklepie okazuje się że sklep takiej usługi nie prowadzi. Dodatkowo formularz kontaktowy umieszczony na stronie internetowej istnieje sam dla siebie - zostawiona wiadomość pozostaje bez odpowiedzi!
