Without a doubt the most disorganized company I have ever worked for in 20 plus years in the machining field an oppressive enviorment even the support I initially received was done in a manner that was humiliating, there are good people there ownership and management hearts are in the right place yet possessive in the direction of the company's goals if the employees were given a shared ownership of the direction it would grow beyond its inhibited mindset if that doesn't change it'll remain the same profitable possibly or self-destruct within 2-3 years.
