Queens Removals helped us move from our 2 bed flat to 3 bed room house. They were professional and efficient removing all items and furniture within 3 hours and unpacking took around 2 hours. All large items were wrapped to protect them and they also laid down film and covers on floors and carpets to ensure there they were protected. I used Queens Removals for moving house as well as for six months storage of my furniture. Charles and his team were highly efficient in packing my belongings and taking great care of everything. They disassembled my 'tricky' king size bed and packaged my furniture up for storage as if it were brand new. I found them to be punctual, efficient, hardworking, polite and trustworthy. They were also fantastic value for money and I would not hesitate in using them again and recommending them 100%.
Queens removals came highly recommended from a work colleague of mine. Moved house with these guys this week and they were brilliant. Clean, quick and efficient with no breakages. There was lots of furniture and lots of stairs involved. Will definitely use them for my next move.
We had a very complicated move ahead of us with very uncertain move in/out dates and we had to move via 1 week of storage. Queens Removals worked around all these problems and minimised our stress. From the beginning they sounded very confident and competent and in the end they deliver exactly what they promised. We were provided 5 guys for the packing service, and again 2 for unloading (3 big vans fully loaded). They were all very pleasant, helpful, considerate and professional. I do recommend them highly and will certainly use them again in the future. I'm sure most other companies would do a great job as well but if you do have a complicated move and you don't want any issues, I would really recommend using them for their professionalism and loyalty.
