Ordered from Deliveroo, had previously been great but didn't notice the reviews had shifted. Food didn't show up, called them...no answer, called 20 times no answer. Cooked my own dinner and 3 hours later they turned up with a cold bag of \food\. Avoid at all costs.

I feel like I've been robbed,worst food I've ever seen .wouldn't give it to my dog 1 person 27 quid and it ends up in the bin.i don't normally take the time to do reviews but this is unacceptable
Ordered on New Years Eve. Not only was this 3 hours late but revolting. I ended up with bacterial food poisoning and after 5 days of being violently ill was hospitalised for IV antibiotics and fluids. Thank goodness it looked so horrible and I only ate a tiny amount. Thankfully my children did not eat any. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!
If I could give no stars I would. 2.5hrs later and still awaiting food even though they say its been delivered. What's the point of giving a number if they don't call to say if they are lost? Very poor service from this restaurant AVOID
Terrible! Ordered on Deliveroo, after an hour I called and was told the driver was on route, an hour later..nothing and they wouldn't answer my calls. I drove to the store and asked what was going on, they found my order in a pile and they had not even started preparing it. I cancelled the order and they said they had cancelled it from their side aswell. Turns out they didn't, and now struggling to get a refund from deliveroo. Avoid this place, terrible service and will lie to you.
