We bought an ex-rental motorhome from Goodmans and have been nothing but impressed by their professionalism and customer service from the very start of the process. Ricky Gibbs is a professional through and through and doesn’t try any hard sell tactics, just lets the motorhome speak for itself. He left us alone to make our decision and didn’t try and pressure us in any way. Once we had made our decision, Ricky and his wife went through all of the documentation, warranties and van set up and operation in meticulous detail and left us very confident with our purchase. Even we had a problem over a month after our purchase, (which wasn’t the fault of Goodmans) Ricky couldn’t be more helpful, pointing us in the right direction to get the problem solved which thankfully did get sorted. I cannot recommend Goodmans highly enough.
