This is now my 4th purchase of wallpaper from Decoration Depot, two being for my business and two for my home .On all four occasions I have been impressed with the selection of products available and the service they have provided, which has been excellent. All the staff I have dealt with have been friendly and efficient and when it came to advice, samples and delivery I have been delighted. I really am puzzled by a few of the adverse reviews on here because my experience on all four occasions has been completely the opposite. I know exactly where I will be going first for my next decorating project!

Having bought from this retailer for many years and paid a considerable sum on wallpaper, I was very upset at the way I was treated last week. The shop charges for samples, which is fair enough as you get this refunded when you later decide to buy a roll. But because I forgot to take the sample in with me, the girl refused to believe I had bought the sample and very rudely said I could be anyone. The money is not the issue here, it is the way a loyal customer is more or less told they are a liar. I won't be shopping here anymore
