Would highly recommend Hodsons. James and Louise in particular provided strong advice and service throughout the process to sell our house. The pictures and brochure were high quality. They were proactive throughout the process and available to answer any questions or concerns.

Viewed the property and was in need of a good clean and the garden tending to, as well as other tasks. Was promised the work would be completed prior to moving in. It wasn't... It took months to get any work done, poor communication and the gardener's never came! Decided after 7 months enough was enough and left the wreck of a house... Now they're charging me out my deposit for the work I asked to be completed in the first place! Disgusting service and appalling attitude.
Hodsons were simply brilliant. They had viewings lined up within two days of giving them the go ahead. James and his staff were extremely professional and very helpful. Every member of his team went the extra mile to help and support. I would NEVER go anywhere else. I recommend Hodsons. they made me feel like part of their family and they looked after me all the way. If there was an award for Best Estate Agents I would be voting for Hodsons without hesitation.
James and Louise were helpful at really encouraging the solicitors on both sides of the transaction to make progress to conclude the sale. Proactive and professional at all stages of the sale process.
