The owners are very rude and not friendly at all. I would never recommend this place to anyone at all. Save your time and money, it’s a headache going here

I called twelve other places and no one had the part I needed. But they did. Worth the hour drive!

Knowledgeable and friendly staff! Had some questions as a first time boat owner that were answered thoroughly and with helpful tips. Huge collection of parts, I needed a few different items (and planned out some future purchases) and these guys had everything I needed to get my 92' mercury ready for my late start to the season. Will absolutely be returning in the future and recommending to my boater pals. Thanks again Boats and Motors team!

I needed to get a mooring for my small sailboat; club only gave a couple of weeks warning. Boat & Motors, without my asking, said they would do it in a couple of days and they did! I wasn't sure they'd be able to before I called, so had bookmarked all the components needed online, from defender.com and Amazon, and knew pretty much what the lowest cost could possibly be. That's just about what Boat & Motors charged me. So great service with prices that are perfectly competitive with what I could get online! It was a real pleasure to get my mooring from them and I can't wait to be able to go into their store again and browse.

I'm new to the I/O scene (had outboards in the past) & I'm currently resurrecting a mercruiser 4.3. They've been excellent in answering all my questions & have no problem taking their time to research what parts I require. Friendlier than West Marine in Woburn.
