Very helpful guys. I'd hired an adult tricycle for my elderly Mum, we set off but she couldn't manage it, so we headed back. As we'd only been gone a short time we were given a full refund - then offered an alternative bike which was perfect. Really good friendly service.

Excellent service, personal, friendly and efficient. Safe, sensible and reassuring safety measures in place. The team are just brilliant and nothing is too much for them. Don’t hire anywhere else when in the area. Advisable to phone and book to avoid disappointment as they are popular.

Really friendly and helpful staff. Place was fully booked up they suggested coming later, none of the other bike hire places did this, they won because they had two short hires and we won because we got bikes. Parking around the corner and places to get get drinks and use toilet.
