This is the only company that I deal with online for Primitive Rug Hooking. I have called with requests for specific patterns and have learned nothing is too big for this company, in order to assist their customers. You cannot find any better company then W Cushing & Co.

I was just in the store the other day and was very pleased with the products available and the service. The owners were very accommodating and helpful responding to my questions and giving me suggestions and instruction in hooking techniques and hook sizes and frames, etc. I can't wait to go back to this shop!
I loved visiting the shop, and was really impressed with the great patterns, wool and other products. Lisanne 's artistic eye for color is awesome, and I was very glad to have her help with color planning a pattern that I got from her. I will definitely plan to shop at Cushing Dye Company in the future!
W. Cushing is my go-to source for dyes, wool, rug hooking supplies and accessories as well as trusted expertise on any questions related to rug hooking. Lisanne is an excellent teacher and has very high standards for quality of materials, service and customer experiences. I highly recommend W. Cushing as an terrific source for a broad range of rug hooking products, service that exceeds expectations and excellent pricing.
Clerk was very annoyed that I was in the store; she had better things to do at her computer than wait on me (I was the only customer). I was going to order a pattern but decided against it when I heard her yell at the ringing phone, “For the love of God, what now?” I went to Camp Wool and although they were very busy with many customers, they were also very kind and helpful.
I've ordered from this great little company for many years - first with the original owners and now with Lisanne, the new owner. They've been extremely responsive to questions I had about their products, credit card information, etc. and continue to offer the hard-to-find Cushing Dyes! So glad they're still available.
Everyone at W Cushing has been friendly and helpful. Lisanne ia a wonderful teacher and is both patient and kind. Her knowledge of rug hooking, both techniques AND history is astonishing. I love her wools and patterns ( I love them way too much according to my husband) and find it hard to resist. If you are into rug hooking, this is the place and the people to go to.
W. Cushing has everything you need for rug hooking. Beautiful wool and a huge library of patterns. Lisanne is always happy to help you with your rugs. I order by phone or from the Etsy shop. Great customer service!
