Virgin Media is a fabulous place to work. I worked in telesales in Sheffield and was only there a short time, but they have an excellent management structure and work ethic. I felt extremely valued and supported whilst I was with them and I enjoyed coming into work, everyone is friendly and helpful and I worked with a great team. They also have very good benefits for employees. I left as I was offered a role elsewhere that I couldn't turn down, but I wouldn't hesitate to return and I would highly recommended.

Good service
The packages are usually very good but you have to work hard to get the right prices and you will need to check your area coverage. Even though they provide cable services, it can often go down depending on where you live and how far you are away from the nearest junction box. The further away the worst it is. Check it out. Ask you neighbours if they have virgin and how they find it.
