Great selection AND customer service!! Needed some larger balloons for my son's 4th birthday and Party City only had a few options. I ended up googling and finding this place. I showed up only to be greeted by a friendly staff diligently working! They asked what I was looking for offered me some great options and lead me to the other selections while I waited for my large balloons. They kindly asked me to pull my car up to the front of the store so they could bring them out to my car for me!!! I WILL 100% be back!!

Fantastic customer service and competitive pricing. Wei chose the perfect assortment of balloons (believe me, I’m picky!) and they were so nice to move my delivery date up at the last minute. She provided her personal cell phone so I could communicate easily with her and coordinate a “secret” delivery, to surprise my daughter. I’ll definitely go through her again. Five stars!!

It is super expensive compared to parry city or amazon. The service is aweful. They billed me for something which I returned on counter. When I saw the bill at home and went back, they didnt believe me even when i found the item in their store with the exact same serial number.
This store had an amazing selection! Kaylee (employee) was very kind and helpful. She would check and see if they had more items in the back for me. I enjoyed my shopping experience and this place had amazing selection!!!
Great place for ideas and place settings for parties. Lots of different colored table cloths napkins etc. Halloween, St Patrick's, Valentine's day or your own special celebration. Balloons pricy, dollar store better for regular balloons if you don't care about color coordination.
Best place for balloons and all your party things. They are super reliable and always there for you. Amazing set ups for events too.
