I bought a sewing table that I had to wait several months for. After it was delivered, I couldn't get the sewing machine lift that places the sewing machine level to the rest of the surface to move. I called Sawyer and 15 minutes later someone was at my house to check out the issue, show me how to operate it, and set it to fit my sewing machine. I've never experienced service like this before!
