I felt honestly disrespected. We went for the first time for my son and had a doctors paper that had all his info and medical insurance information. The lady that assisted us demanded we called our family doctor for the medical info so I called. This woman no joke snatches the phone out of my hand and puts it on speaker. I was caught by surprise due to the fact that she really just took my phone out of my hand.

Drawing the blood does not hurt me so much compared to taking the bandage off my hand! Why don’t they have small bandages than tape and clothes? You need them .... they don’t need you at all.

Pathetic customer service by quest and worst harassment on billing that is completely covered through my insurance but they charged full amount to me and still can't get out of it. No one even get back to us on this as well. Worst service ever.

Operation Fetch

The worst automated system ever. Impossible to verify your appointment time. No one answers the phone. You have to wait too long minutes of useless recordings. And the options are poorly laid out in the automated menu.

Worst experience I've ever had trying to make an appointment!!!! Online appointment making does not work even showing up in person they can't make an appointment for me. I have Used quest several times in the past had a good experience there new process is just horrible. Waisted an hour and a half and still don't have an appointment.
