Frivolous Diversion

If you are looking for an incompetent firm to mismanage a simple surveying request, by all means use Y.C.E. I called two weeks ago for an easy boundary line marking and was told by Blanca Ortiz I needed to send a copy of my deed to Martha Alvarez. Martha would call me back to follow up to move forward. I sent the documents as requested but didn't get a call back, so I called again. Martha told me she hadn't been looking at her e-mail when we spoke and told me she needed to do some research and get back to me next week. I told her it was an urgent need and asked her if she could turn the esearch\ around fairly quickly because I needed surveyors on site in a week. She agreed but I never heard from her, I called again to complain and was told by Blanca to send my title documents again. I am not using this firm and recommend that you don't either, what a waste of time.
