Exceeded expectations across the board, worth every penny, would rate 6/5 if I could. This is a fine dining establishment so don’t treat it like a cafe, bar, or quick touristy bite. English friendly. We ordered four dinner courses for two people with wine pairings as recommended by the staff. The service was just right—responsive but not invasive; not too fast, not too slow; and they were very patient when we asked questions about particularly interesting ingredients. The portions were surprisingly large. Dishes were creative, elegant, local and perfectly balanced. Setting was peaceful and the chairs were exceptionally comfortable. There were no hidden costs and even the wine pairings were reasonable. You get what you pay for and more. You will leave feeling uplifted and ready for the night.

Stopped in for a drink ... Stayed for desert. Im glad we did, it was amazing! Very welcoming and I saw plenty of other amazing dishes leaving the kitchen. Worth the visit!
What a stylish fine dining restaurant... Design, clothing of the employees, furniture, everything fits. It's a place you feel welcomed the first sight. We had a first course and dessert. The first course was very good, but the dessert was unique. I don't remember the correct name. It was something like "our interpretation of forrest" and it was very special but also delicious. Barely no other meal ever blew my mind. Congratulations to the "Chat qui rit". The team made an awesome job. I will definetly come back to Venice. Especially because of that place!! If you are willing to spend, it is best restaurant in Venice. If you aren’t, I wouldn’t come as would try many things and portion sizes are smaller end. Place costs but been all around Italy and this is one of the best restaurants. The menu changes every couple of months which is not easy to do. Would come back.

Really nice interior and high quality of food. Seizes are quite small. After being seated, we waited for about 15 minutes to be able to order. The cat can be found everywhere, great Applaus to the interior designer, really nice setting.
Our biggest discovery. Place is packed. Few tables outside are crazy sought for. We popped it for a light dinner but mostly to have a bottle of red. We have chosen not so expensive primitivo and ordered some starters to nimble. Worth adding, the wine list is super rich and every wine enthusiast as well as amateur will find it sufficient. Food was exquisite. I haven’t had such an experience in non-starred restaurant. The waiter was explaining each and every bit of dish we have ordered. Also, when sharing cheese platter we were also informed about the maturity and age of each cheese. 2 starters, cheese player and a bottle of wine tip ended in 200. Worth every penny.
Amazing food, very friendly waiters. Our kids also liked the pasta Bolognese, highly recommended.
